FOR DENTAL PROFESSIONALS

Prepare your dental laboratory case submission

Begin with a commercial enquiry, then agree the clinical records and secure transfer method for your case. Scanner compatibility, physical impression requirements and production stages must be confirmed before submission.

Discuss your case requirements →

1. Describe the case without patient identifiers

Tell us your business type, country, restoration type, number of units or arches, material preference and requested date. The initial website form is for enquiries, not for uploading patient scans or clinical records.

2. Confirm the accepted records

For digital cases, state the scanner, software and export formats available. For physical records, confirm the impression or model requirements and shipping instructions. Do not assume that a scanner brand or file type is supported until the protocol is agreed.

3. Agree the prescription and approvals

Confirm the prescription, shade information, necessary design review or try-in stages, and who can approve changes. Share patient information only through an agreed appropriate channel and with the permissions required for your practice.

4. Confirm timing and review the result

Request separate production and shipping estimates. Review the received restoration with your clinical team and record any fit, esthetic or adjustment feedback. Agree how any follow-up will be handled before recurring orders.

Questions before your first case

Can I upload STL files on this page?

No. This page explains case preparation. Confirm an appropriate file-transfer channel with us before sharing scans or other patient records.

How long does a case take?

Timing depends on the restoration, approval stages and destination. Obtain a case-specific production and shipping estimate before scheduling around delivery.
